Buying
real estate is like anything else in life. It's a series of little steps that
take you from one place to another place. In this case, it starts with finding
the property and concludes when you close on the property. However simple this
sounds, every seasoned investor knows there are a multitude of variables that
can arise during this process and can cause all kinds of misery. Being prepared
with a road map of variables will reduce the probability and severity of these
issues because you will be aware and prepared for them to the best of your ability.

classes with the club, we go over the 50+ critical steps that need to be completed
every time you buy a property and I provide you with a time line in which every
step is to be completed by itself and alongside other steps that are directly
related to them. Several of these steps include many safeguards to make sure
that you are qualifying the property to make sure it is a good buy and will
not send you into a tail spin the moment you buy it. These safeguards will either
save you money or make you money once you implement them into your system. By
having a written outline of how to approach a property purchase, you will increase
