We hold multiple meetings at different locations to make it convenient for our members. Each meeting has a strong emphasis on networking with other real estate investors.

We allow a large amount of time before, during and after the meeting for members and guests to do so. This allows people and businesses the time they need to meet new people, find deals, contacts and develop their personal network that can help them become successful investors.

Another primary function of the club is to have a local real estate investor professional and expert go over specific niches, ideas and strategies that may be of interest to the meeting attendees. Every meeting allows attendees to broaden their knowledge base to determine if what they are doing is the right thing for them, personally.

It also helps them become aware of other ideas, strategies and opportunities that they may or may not have been aware of, or may have not been properly presented to them before. The more you know the better. You will ultimately decide what you want to do, but in order to do so, as an investor, it is your personal and fiscal responsibility to become self aware of the many aspects of real estate investing.

Remember, as a private investor, you run your own investment firm. Your must be kept informed of all that can affect your business (investments) and how to maximize the return on your investments. Attending our monthly meetings will allow you to do this better and better.
